The food is terrible.most of the CNAs are lazy and nasty.thr few that do their jobs are exhausted because the lazy ones do not help at all . There are a few good nurses. Most of the employees sit outside and smoke cigarettes, gross. The rooms are too small for two people. My roommate was often left in soiled diapers for hours. CNAs yelled at her qmnd took away her call light. She is 94.

My husband was in Siler City Care and Rehabilitation Center. I think that they did not take care of my husband properly, and he had to go to the hospital after receiving care in the facility. I think they had a good staff, but their management was lacking, and we were just not happy there. They need to improve on the care, they need to make the food edible, have a better presentation, and a better variety.

My sister moved into the Genesis Siler City facility (Siler City Care and Rehabilitation Center). So far it's very expensive, but good. The staff is good, very helpful, and accommodating. The food is very good. The dining area is good and accommodates about 50 people. They have very good amenities. They have a garden area. They take people to the doctors and the rehabilitation is good.

Sunbridge Care was a very inviting facility to anyone who was in need. They took care of my grandfather and everyone got to know him. Each nurse took time out of their day to visit all of their patients before they would clock out from their shift. The facility was kept very clean and there was never a time when I didn't feel comfortable or that my grandfather wasn't being taken of. It is located in the middle of town so it wasn't hard to find for the first time and they would never try to run any company off. They also let us go in the room before he passed away and spend as much time with him as we wanted to. They kept coming in every 15 minutes and checked on him and I think that was very reassuring that they all cared about him. Each nurse was at the funeral home whenever he was there and expressed their condolences. It was very nice of them and I will never forget how good care they took of him at Sunbridge Care in Siler City, NC.
