Green Leaf Care Center seems good, and I know some people there. They have something every day for the residents listed on the board. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, but sometimes, my mother-in-law has to wait a few minutes to get people to help her go to the restroom or whatever. The food looks really good. The rooms are pretty small.

Green Leaf Care Center was going to be our choice had we not been offered the money side of things at the other facility. They were going to work with us on getting on Medicaid. So, we could get it on our budget. I liked the fact that they have two different dining rooms there. One is a smaller one that is open 24 hours a day and has an ice machine and a coffee pot and stuff like that where the residents can go and do small things outside of their regular meal times. Jamila was the one who gave us the tour and she was awesome. I've spoken with a couple of different people all over the phone and they were very helpful as well. We were very pleased with them. They had all other areas, like multiple choices of sitting room. The location is also near restaurants.

We went to Green Leaf Care Center. It was newer. It looked like it had been retrofitted for an assisted living facility. The grounds were clean. They were organized. The rooms seemed small. The bathrooms were so weird. They retrofitted it like a shower door onto a shower. There was a lip which seemed to be unnecessary, so it was kind of odd for an assisted living facility. The person who helped us was excellent, very knowledgeable, very kind, patient, and empathetic. She was great. There were two dining areas. It looked nice, maybe a little crowded because there are two of them. The tables seemed to be a little crowded, but we didn't see anybody eating. The facility seemed pretty full. There was a lot of people moving about and moving around. The residents were very friendly, talkative, very nice, and were saying hi.

I visited Green Leaf Care Center. The maintenance looked OK. It was kept very well. The rooms looked a little dated for my taste. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very friendly, had very good attention to detail, and was very much willing to help. It looked like the residents were having a good time. It felt very warm and welcoming, just from what I experienced seeing.

Green Leaf Care Center was very nice. The person who gave the tour was great. This was more of a typical assisted living facility compared to the other place which was more of a residential place. It was very clean and accommodating. They have activities for the residents. The rooms that we saw were showcase rooms. They had a room for the beauty salon. They had a room where they would have different activities, and they have a library where they change books every month. They have activities and a television in that same room. If someone wanted a facility where there are multiple people and had more activities, this one was more traditional. They have an area where you could do your own laundry.

Green Leaf Care Center looked clean, neat, and orderly. The staff was very nice. The coordinator was very nice and informative. She took a lot of time to explain the way things work there and how the schedules are. We saw two of the rooms and they were both very nice. One was a little bit bigger, because it didn't have a shower in the room. The other one was a large room with a shower. It had a bed, furniture, TV, and a nice closet. I liked that everything seemed really close to the central dining area and living rooms. They also had a sitting room, a game room with a TV, a library, an outdoor smoking section (if they wanted to smoke), a hair salon, and a little workout area. They do outings to local stores and malls. They are good at following up, too. If you ask them a question, they get right back to you and didn't hesitate to answer your questions. They were accessible.

What I liked the most about Green Leaf Care Center was the manager or director. She was very knowledgeable and kind. That was the second facility we visited for the day, and I learned so much from her. They're very lucky to have her. They were not quite as up-to-date as the other place we toured. They were clean but not quite up to par. I would still recommend them. The staff and residents were playing bingo while we were there. It was clean but it could be more modernized because it was pretty much exactly as it was when my grandmother was there 15 years ago. They had a laundry area where the residents could wash their own laundry if they chose to. They had two dining halls, one at the back and one at the front. In terms of location, it's a little further out than we want.

I liked Green Leaf. They showed me around, and they were polite. It was clean; it didn’t smell. It would probably have been the place I would have picked for my husband. They seemed really nice, and everybody I saw through the hallways said "Hi, Hello, How are you doing?" The help was all courteous and smiling. They have private rooms and shared rooms.

Green Leaf Care Center was a nice facility that seemed to give good care to their patients. They could have made some facility improvements, but for the most part, it was clean. It wasn’t new, but it seemed to be fairly well-kept, and the staff was nice. The dining area was also nice.

My mother is at Green Leaf Care Center. They take care of her carefully, and we don't have any problems. She likes the food. They have a lot of activities, but she doesn't participate in most of them. The staff is fine. They do what they're supposed to do and take care of her. I went to a lot of places, but this seemed the most reasonable.

Thiis facility was sold & no longer run by Brookfield owners. It is now Green Leaf. Our family member (resident) is soaking wet when we visit, has lost about 40 lbs. Would not recommend for your family memer. staff turnover OFTEN.

My mom's first three weeks have been a good experience. The staff and aides have been really friendly. We really feel good about having her there. Not only is it close to where we live, but the environment is warm and friendly and we wanted that for her.

I have visited this location a number of times, as it is close to the university that I attend. Each time has been with a group of friends, and we have gone to simply spend time with the elderly people there. Growing up, I had a few experiences that were not too ideal, so I had been timid the first time we went out to this facility. However, I can say with pleasure that I definitely enjoyed my times here. We brought along musical instruments and played for a number of the residents here. They seemed to enjoy it very much, as they rarely have such visitors come. That is what can make the whole experience saddening, and yet happy. You know that the residents here do not do a whole lot outside of their daily activities, and many people rarely have visitors. That is why we have gone to individual rooms, to spend time with some of them there. That way, they can feel as they they've received a more personalized visit. It certainly can be sad to see so many elderly people confined to simple and probably monotomous livelihoods, but it has been our hope, that we can get more people to come out on a regular basis and entertain and converse with them. The simplest of things can make their day, and we've heard many of them exclaim this as we were leaving. It is truly impossible to feel sad leaving from here, as it always makes me feel as though I've done something good. That's not what it's all about though, it's about helping others and helping making their daily lives a little bit brighter.
