The staff, especially the manager, were very caring and in tune to my mother's needs and desires. They made her feel wanted and cared for. The facility was always clean, and care was taken to be sure roommates were compatible with each other. They even took care to be sure that compatible people sat near each other in the community areas, changing seating as needed if one of the residents seemed to clash with another so that disagreements were kept to a minimum. Even the overnight staff acted pleased rather than put upon that my mother would often come out in the middle of the night looking for company.
