My father was in Subacute there for a few months and we couldn't say more about the care. The Rehab staff was so patient and knowledgeable, and the nursing staff, CNA's and housekeepers were so helpful. Excellent experience!

Absolutely terrible care. The way they treated my father was inhume. During lunch they humiliated an elderly woman and put her in time out at the nurses station.

While visiting Meadowbrook I have seen excellent patient care. The nurses and aides are very understanding and kind to the residents. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are nice and they allow the residents to have pictures and their own decor to make it feel more like home. At this facility my great grandmother can have her hair done by a hairstylist once a week, her laundry done, and participate in many different types of activities. Some of the activities include painting, baking, and socializing with other residences. The nurses and aides at the facility make the family of the residents feel at home and are very accommodating. Overall, I would recommend this nursing home to anyone that has to consider putting a loved one into an assisted living facility. It makes not only the residents but also the family of the residents feel at home and make it as comfortable as possible for everyone.

My mother was placed in this nursing facility because it was too hard for us to give her the proper care. It was the most difficult decesion we have ever had to make. It breaks our hearts that we could'nt care for her anymore. We visit daily and all the nurses and aids care for her like she was their family member.
