Our Mom was at the facility for rehab after a fall for a few weeks and the staff were wonderful and so kind to her. When she was told she couldn’t go back to the assisted living facility she had been living in, administration went above and beyond to find a good fit for her. We are so blessed and thankful for the staffs hard work.

Just want to say that this place is amazing. My dad was in there for a few weeks and they took amazing care of him. There rehab was top notch along with all of the staff. Now that he is home and doing well he still says I wonder what my nurses are doing today 😊. Very recommended for everyone!!

My mother-in-law stayed at River Ridge Living Center for rehab. I liked that it's close by but doesn't have enough staffing, that's a negative. The food is good. The facility is clean. They have activities, and I see a few things like dancers and stuff. The rooms are a good size and it's a double room. The atmosphere is pretty good. The dining area is very nice. They have a courtyard.

Very nice nursing home located on lovely grounds Staff very courteous and helpful. They were very attentive to my uncles care. DON Scott is approachable and very caring. Best nursing facility in the Amsterdam area. Highly recommend if you or a family member need a nursing home. Thanks again River Ridge! Will visit again Chef Joe

What a great facility, wonderful staff who truly care for the residents. Place is exceptionally clean and the food is very good. Glad we choose River Ridge. Would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you River Ridge for helping my husband.

Very well run facility. Impressed with Rehab and nursing staff. Also food is excellent not expected from a nursing home. By far best nursing home in Montgomery County. Had. No issues with staffing levels always adequate staff in hand.

River Ridge was very good but has a depressing atmosphere for people that are just there for rehab. The room was adequate, very clean, and had some nice amenities. The food was not so bad.

Staffing is dangerously low, not adequate to safely and appropriately care for residents, this also sets staff up for failure, increases staff burnout, and turnover is close to 100%, that says everything you need to know. Every place has its challenges unfortunately the shortcomings at RR are truly disheartening and hard to watch on a daily basis. Before sending your love one to a nursing facility ask what the CNA to resident ratio is, if 10:1 or more stay clear.

On a daily basis everyone works and services the patients to the best of their abilities. All of the servicing staff are very personable, loving, and caring towards their patients. Like most facilities everything work runs very smoothly on the weekday. However decrease in staff is always evident on weekends
