I saw Capstone for my dad. Everybody was very nice and showed me around. The people were eating lunch at that time, and they were taking care of them. The meals were good; the person I visited ate everything, and he's usually very fussy. The nursing staff was very caring, and the rooms and bathroom were nice and clean.

Avoid this facility at all cost. No leadership, facility smells, short staff all the time.

Average facility at best No leadership, food ok, Wasn’t impressed with therapy department at all. Would choose wisely before sending here....

Average facility. Staff isn’t very friendly. Food is bad. Didn’t get the feeling that they care there. Also staffing levels very low think twice before you send your love one here.
