I toured Beehive Homes Santa Fe. It was my least favorite of all. The person was nice enough - a young man gave me the tour. The place is more of a residential and homey setting, but it is not welcoming. I didn't like it at all. It was very dark. Although it was considered a residential area, the living area wasn't set up as a living room. It was like big loungers lined up in front of a TV set. They said they were full except for one room, but there was only one resident in the common area sitting in front of a TV set with no sound. It didn't feel clean. So, I cut my visit very short because it wasn't what I was looking for. I saw the dining area, and it looked old and not attractive. The furniture looked old. This was one of the places where they said they did their little activities. They had little games, little puzzles, and stuff. They were out on the tables, but nobody was in there doing those things. But when it would be time to eat, somebody would have had to move all those things around or take them away. The rooms were very different. Lots of them were double rooms, which I didn't want, and they shared a bathroom. There were some single rooms, and they were large. I have no complaints about the parking. It seemed like there was enough. The parking is fine.
