Mission Arch employees took excellent care of my husband while he was a resident. I can't thank them enough for their thoughtfulness. Every employee was very nice to me and went above and beyond in caring for my husband and keeping me informed.

Horrible! The rooms are extremely small and there are two people to every room. Understaffed. Have to wait a minimum of five to ten minutes for call lights to be answered. Unsafe: A resident had sugar levels of 600 (normal 70-100) for 6 hours or so, insulin did not make the reading drop, and became non-responsive for hours before an ambulance was finally called. Lack of essential equipment: I have MS and no use of my legs. The only bed available upon admission was a regular twinsize bed with NO siderails! How does a person turn over with no siderails?
