My mother moved to Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living in Derry. We chose it because it suited her needs. She doesn't really need any nursing help or anything like that. The place was also a lot smaller and wasn't like an institutionalized place or a big apartment complex, and she needed something more down-home. Her apartment is very nice. She has her own bedroom with her own private bath and a nice big closet. All the other places that I looked at, she had to share a bathroom, and she is not the type of person to do that. The place is fairly new, very modern, and up-to-date. It's very clean, and they have staff 24 hours a day, which is what we needed for her. I was there when she was having meals, and it looked very good and homemade. The staff is also very attentive.

Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living is a hidden gem. The facility is immaculate but what stands out the most is the caring staff. They provide meals, administer prescribed medications and offer activities for the residents to participate in. Several times a year there are family activities. We are blessed to have found a good match for our loved one.

They offer several styles of rooms that accommodate different price ranges and needs. Their facility is immaculate and they go out of their way to decorate for the holidays making it feel more like home. Their staff all are wonderful people that genuinely care and we felt great knowing our mom was in wonderful hands. They offer several events to bring families in and create a welcoming space. Our mom enjoyed the food and the variety of activities they offered throughout the week. We highly recommend Beaver Lake Lodge.

Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living was a very nice community. It was clean and well-kept. The staff was very personable. There were only 16 residents there, so I thought it was small. It may serve well for other people who want a small facility, but my friend would need something a little larger. The room that we saw was a good size with a bedroom, a bathroom, and a closet space. They provide 3 meals a day. They offer transportation off the property for activities. They also do medications for their residents. There was a very lovely view from the porch outside.

I toured Beaver Lake Lodge Assisted Living and I was impressed with the large spacious community area that they have. It's a two-room space that's split in the center. Residents can sit in that sunny, bright living space and have community time. They also have this wonderful porch that you can sit out in the spring. Your view is the beautiful lake below. It's gorgeous. The grounds are well kept up. The place is fairly new and everything is clean. The staff seemed very nice. They have an impressive dining area. I could see people working in the kitchen and they all seemed very clean and neat, too. So, I thought it was lovely, but it was a little too far away from my mom to be from me.

We had an in-person tour at Beaver Lake Lodge. They only have assisted from my understanding. The experience was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed me absolutely everything I wanted, and they answered every question I had. The facility was very well kept, a beautiful location, and all of the residents appeared to be quite happy there. The rooms were perfectly adequate, very nice, and clean. They have a private bath. The views outside were kind of a country setting. The location is gorgeous, it's right on the lake.
