My visit to The Heritage at Meridian Gardens was very good; I was pretty impressed. Out of all the places, it has aging in place. The whole community seemed pretty nice. It seemed like the people there were happy, although the cost was higher. The staff who gave the tour was extremely helpful, answered our questions, and showed us the type of room that we wanted to see. The grounds are well kept, it's close to the hospital, and everything was nice. They had a courtyard and a waterfall with koi fish. It was nice. It's right across the street from the hospital. It scored very high; it's just a little expensive.

My mother stayed at Meridian Gardens Assisted Living & Memory Support Community for almost a week before she passed away. It was a beautiful place. She was comfortable there mainly because they agreed to move her on a 30-day trial period. The apartment she moved in was fully furnished so we did not bring any of her furniture. Second, they had six levels of care which was very good. They offered more services. We were really happy with them.
