The Mission of Westfield Quality Care of Aurora... At Westfield, we are a family…. We focus our attention on providing all necessary tools and resources to the dedicated staff who serve at Westfield; Through that focus, those dedicated staff will deliver the most sincere and highest quality care for the elders in our family. Quality Care Solutions, LLC, was formed in 2016 with the vision of providing a nursing facility in Aurora, NE that would take the place of what was, at the time, the county-owned Hamilton Manor. A group of local investors came together to make this vision a reality. The goals of Quality Care Solutions, LLC were a new physical plant and a culture of quality now and well into the future. These goals would compliment the already very strong healthcare network in Aurora and the surrounding area. Westfield Quality Care of Aurora is the operating facility of Quality Care Solutions, LLC and was opened in May 2018. Several residents and staff from the former Hamilton Manor were the first to make Westfield their home. Within a matter of months as a new facility, the 64 beds at Westfield were full with a waiting list of more who wanted to move in. Now, three years into the new venture, the goals continue to be a culture of quality for all who come to Westfield, including residents, their families and the dedicated employees who serve.
