The reason that I picked The Springs at Grand Park is because they're a small community and everybody seems to be much more personal. All of the caregivers, all of the kitchen help, and all of the management team, they greet the residents by their first names. They all know my mother personally. They would ask my mother how her day was, what she's been doing, and what she's up to. They try to encourage her to take activities whether it's going to listen to music or to go to bingo or whatever's going on. Those were the things that struck me as more closely related to home. And the fact that she is getting on in dementia, the smaller the area and the smaller the groups, the better off she participates and the better off she feels. The Springs at Grand Park is smaller and it's on a more personal level, not near as overwhelming. The distance from any unit down to the common area or to the dining area is shorter than these other facilities I looked at. And so far, the help has been outstanding and so far, it's worked out very well for me. I also went to Thanksgiving. I went and participated with my mom in that, and it was very good. The place is spotless and very well-kept. It's a nice place.

My friend's mother was at The Springs at Grand Park. We were very happy with the care. The staff was amazing. The place was very clean. Down the hallways, each room had its own door, and they could put whatever they wanted on the door. It just looked like an apartment. Her room was always clean and pretty roomy. It had a big, bright window and a nice bathroom. It was up-to-date.

My mom has moved into The Springs at Grand Park. They're all so incredibly nice and helpful. They will do anything you ask them to do to help, and they're right there to help, that's what I like about it. They have the doors locked at night and she's safe. The staff, they're just so friendly and they ask you what they can do to help. They're there right away when my mom pushes her button for help. They come to help her get dressed, or medications, and things. They take her down to lunch if she needs help for that and dinners. They're just wonderful people. My mom enjoys the food. I tried it, and I thought it was good. She plays bingo, and they've got her set up for some gardening next spring. She takes advantage of the pedicures, and concerts, and things like that.

My sister moved into The Springs at Grand Park. I think they're a fabulous facility. They are very caring. They have great food, and they seem to meet all her requirements. They are very nice people to work with, and the place is very clean. They take them to different locations around Billings. They take them out on outings around the community and the surrounding area. I believe they also have bridge, card games, and stuff for them. It is a very nice facility. The room is very nice. They're not real big, but they're big enough. They're easy for walkers to negotiate around in. They're very well set up.

The Springs at Grand Park looked well kept. They have a person who runs the activities, they have card games, little art classes, nice dining rooms, and a good chef with menus that people can choose their food from. There's not a lot of parking especially in the winter time.

My visit to The Springs at Grand Park was very good and we're impressed. The apartments were a little bit small, but sufficient. They have walks, exercises, outings, happy hour, Wii bowling, and people come in and play music. They also take them on country rides or wherever they want to go, so it's pretty good. Besides the three meals, they wash your clothes if you want that, or you can wash your own. I came unannounced twice after hours, and the employees dropped what they were doing and gave me a tour.

I visited The Springs at Grand Park. They had very nice rooms, nice meals, and some activities if you were able to participate. It's very nice. We spoke to the administrator and she was very nice and very helpful. I talked to her the next day and we just told her that it wasn't within our budget.
