"I will be moving into Westpark Village. Everyone seemed very friendly. To have as many people as they do, they have plenty of room, so it doesn't seem like people are tripping over each other. The rooms that I toured were in the process of being prepared for the next resident, so I didn't get to see one except in the online advertisement, and it had the apartment that I would be going to exactly. The food was nicely served and it was very good. It was lunch. They have quite a variety of activities. I got to see the volunteers who were preparing a cake for one of the activities they were going to do. They seemed to have access to people who wanted to volunteer. The staff was very nice. I didn't see anything that was wrong at all."

"My relative was a resident at Holiday Aspen View. It was a very lovely place. I liked everything about it. Everyone was very wonderful and friendly. The studio room was very nice and clean. It had enough room for a bed, a small table, and a TV, and it had a little kitchenette and a bathroom. It was a perfect place for someone who was going to use all the facilities because they had a big TV room, weight rooms, and reading rooms."

"My mother lived in Morning Star, and that was a brand new beautiful place. She really liked that, but I had to move, and I couldn't leave her 900 miles away. The CNAs, the med techs and such were very good because she got sick there a few times, and they took care of her. The place in general was very nice. They hired more help. They had a least 4 med techs on each shift. I would highly recommend Morning Star. "

"I had the opportunity to spend a week visiting a resident there. I stayed in the guest suite which was clean and very comfortable. I was impressed with the friendly, caring staff. They took a real interest in my friends well-being. I was especially impressed with the quality of the food prepared by Chef John! Delicious meals! I joined a group playing bingo which was just one of the many activities they offered. I would have been very comfortable having my parents stay here. They provide excellent care! "

"Mission Ridge was fine. The only problem that we had was there's a 6 to 12 months waiting period. That wasn't going to work. It was also a larger community, and my Mom felt it was just too big for her. Otherwise, I was happy with it. The staff I met was awesome. I really liked the grounds. They had a lot of flowers. They area was much larger and much nicer. I totally enjoyed that. I was real happy with their rooms, too, and the price was pretty comparable. I liked that they have memory care and nursing home. You truly would not have to leave; they have that on campus. WIFI/internet is included in the price. They have their own little beauty shop and they got all kinds of activities. The lady who toured me around was very knowledgeable. One thing that they're doing that I thought was kind of neat was you have $100 credit every month for your meals. Basically, you can use up $20 in one day or nothing in a day."

"Affinity at Billings is a very nice place. I'm just not an apartment person, but it's nice if you like apartments. The staff is very nice, and they've been very courteous. We've got different activities just about every night, though not exactly every night. They have church services on Sundays, and they have a little group that comes down and plays their musical instruments. It's a pretty nice place if you like that kind of atmosphere. It's locked, so not anybody can just come in; you have to have a key to get in there. I've got a one-bedroom apartment, and it is nice."
