My dad is in Lebanon South Nursing & Rehab right now. It's actually a very clean place. They're very warm and friendly there. I haven't had any issues with the facility. I think they've been doing a good job of taking care of him. I know they do bingo. They do craft days. They do church and a church service. They interact with the patients there that I've seen. The food is not always the best. I don't think you're going to get top notch food there. He hasn't really complained about it.

My Mom has been in Assisted Living here since October 2014, and this place is wonderful! The staff is extremely considerate and resident focused. I would not want her to live anywhere else and this community is fortunate to have such an outstanding facility at an amazing affordable cost.

Sorry to say my sister did not get the attention and care from the nurses that she desperately needed during her stay. The aids were helpful, but the registered nurse on staff had a very uncaring attitude, when I asked she get a doctor to look at her. I was told they were just going to keep an eye on her. She was delirious, coudn't eat, slept most of the day, and that's just not normal for her. Her oxygen wasn't being checked and adjusted, so she wasn't getting oxygen and she had developed a blood infection. She died 4 days after that experience. There were many other things that are too terrible to put in print that happened that day I spent there with my sister, and I would never want another person to have to experience it.

The staff at this Nursing Home are very caring. They do everything they can to make sure my Husband is safe from falling. He has Alziemer's so they are very patient with him. The aide's are remarkable in the way they treat him. The kitchen staff is also very involved in his care The place is always clean and you have none of the Nursing Home odors. Since I couldn't continue to care for him my self I am glad that he is there I feel he is very well taken care of him. I would reccomend this facilty to anyone
