Citizens Memorial Hospital Care Facility would be one of the best nursing that I know so far, they provided an excellent care to my friend while being courteous to the visitors. Upon my visit my first I took notice of the building itself because it was kind of old, however what lacks in renovation was made up on the care they provide which is the most important thing especially to the family or friend of their residents. Because it was my first time to visit one of the staff or CNA introduces herself and assisted me to my friends room, where it was clean and organized, the staff then gave us privacy. They even let me spend time with my friend in the dining room with other residents during lunch, there I saw how they assisted and interact with their residents while keeping the atmosphere happy and light. I became aware of current problem in regard with their patients in which I learn that they have a low number of bedsore cases which is usually the problem of most nursing homes. The worker's ethnicity differs therefore I believe that they are an equal employer.
