My father was a resident of Haven Hall Health Care Center. I put him in there, and because of COVID, nobody could visit; it was several months ago. When I would call, nobody would answer the phone, or they would transfer me, and nobody would answer the phone. I had to call and get them to give me his treatment plan. There was no communication with the family. Communication was a big one they should improve on. Another thing too is that he was complaining about his eye bothering him just before he was discharged. They gave him eye drops when he should have been seen by a doctor because he had shingles in his eye.
