Prelude Homes & Services is pretty upbeat and clean. The residents seem pretty happy about it. I like the way it looks and feels. My husband enjoyed it. We like the fact that he would have personal attention if he's taking a shower or bath. They are just very friendly and loving. They also have a chapel, so it's spiritually based as well. And it's nice and it's also convenient for us to our home; this is closer to where I live. It is easily accessible for people to get around. There's lots of space. It was very clean, and the rooms were generous. And I enjoyed the people and the staff that were there to help. We stayed an hour after the tour. They had the Minnesota Zoo come in and do a demonstration with animals. That was a bonus that we were able to be part of the community there. And my husband liked it all the more. The staff members were so welcoming. What was hard and very stressful for me was finding a place, and then reassuring me that they would hold my husband's spot.

It was very clean, and the rooms were generous. And I enjoyed the people and the staff that were there to help. We stayed an hour after the tour.
