I was just speaking to one of your staff and they were very rude to me and hung up on me. Her name is Lori. An all I was asking was to make sure my mother's cellphone was turned on. Which I have asked repeatedly over the past few months. Now your workers hanging up on family members is rude and uncalled for. I would like a call back with an apology and an explanation of why they are rude and do this to family members of people in your care. It makes me question what type of environment they live in. An I would like an apology for this behavior.
