At the time I was at Northwoods Memory Care Suites, it was quite new, so it was physically very appealing. It was the first place I had visited, so I had nothing to compare it to. I liked the place, and they were very clear about what the cost was in general. I didn't meet a lot of staff members. The person who did the tour was very informative and very helpful in terms of explaining Medicare, financing, all of those things that you have to learn about. We saw the dining facility, and they had a chef on staff. We looked at a menu. The rooms were very clean. Each room had a shower available, which I liked. It wasn't a community shower. The rooms were very pleasant. The common areas were beautiful. The people who were there looked happy. There were people out on the patio. They had a woodshop for men.
