I'm now in Webster Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. It's very good. I was in another rehab before, and they didn't get us out of bed. When I got over here, at least they get you up. They do physical therapy, so that's why I like them and that's why I would give them a good rating. I've been here for 11 days now. The staff members are pretty good. They are very friendly, and they have communicated well. They are giving me the physical therapy. There are activities, but I'm not at that stage yet. I got two pins in my hips. I'm in a pretty good room. The bed goes up and down.

Monday through Friday afternoon, it’s not as bad as it is on the weekend. My relative, as well as her roommate, were unable to get any employee on the weekends to give them any needed attention, Including their medication’s, help to the bathroom, as both are bedridden, OR WATER. I have since talked to many family members with patients in this facility or recently released, and the sentiment is the same. The weekend staff should be fired. I have every hope that the state of Massachusetts will investigate this facility.

Patient was released not able to get to bathroom….not able to get in/out of bed alone….and she lives alone!!! Documentation says she was going home to family…not true! She lives alone!!!How do you release someone into this situation? Attempted to get herself to bathroom so called for assistance…was left in poopy pants for over an hour…many times….Staff would answer her call and tell her “will get someone to help”…..waited and waited while wallowing in poop ….and they would turn off her call button and leave. On the day she was released she was helped to the bathroom and staff had to clean her up….very messy. And she was released !! There were days when they wanted to give her a shower but she was not feeling well and had difficulty moving. So…no shower…no cleanup…that day or the next! PT and OT staff were helpful…but “ general” staff overall was neglectful . Food was awful!! And no one cared that she wasn’t eating….often ate nothing! Interactions with staff….some helpful..but too often called for staff and waited over an hour….while in discomfort and covered in poop!! I wouldn’t send my dog here!! They couldn’t wait to release her….to her apartment…alone.

The employees of this facility do not listen to the patients family. They do not consider the knowledge families have of a patient. The nursing staff is also rude when a family member of the patient asks for assistance

My father is in Webster Park. I haven't been in the facility just because of all that has been going on. One of the downsides is the food, it is not that great. Other than that, they seem to take care of my father's needs. It's OK there. They don't have a private room, so he doesn't like that, but that's about it. The staff is friendly. When I call for information, they're forthcoming and helpful. The rooms are shared. It's private pay but it's not really reasonable. My father could probably go somewhere else to get more for his money.

I have a facetime video of my mother, who was battling cancer, sitting in her excrement for 37 minutes before a nurse attended to her. They completely missed her hospital chemo treatments, even after I verified with them on three occasions. The food they served was disgusting. Even their orange juice was a premixed concoction. This is not a healthcare facility, this is prison. Feel free to contact me directly if you need details before having them "care" for your loved ones.

My 95 year-old father was sent to rehab after taking a serious fall. From the moment he arrived until the time he was discharged, my dad received outstanding care at Webster Park. The staff was warm, caring and professional. The nurses were most willing to answer questions, listen to my concerns and provide daily updates about my dad's progress. His aide were really special and took great care to be certain that his clothes were neatly hung in the closet! When my dad misplaced his hearing aides four people helped us search the area until they were thankfully found. The facility is clean and it's great that so many private rooms are an option.

All of the staff here was amazing! They were very attentive to any concerns we had regarding the care of my father! The residents were very happy when visiting. All of the nursing staff were very accessible and never seemed to be stressed out, which enhances the quality of care they can give to their patients.

The people at Webster Park Rehab are very compassionate and caring. The facility was very satisfactory. We couldn’t have asked for anything better for my dad.
