My aunt is recently deceased after spending three years at Baypointe. It was built within the last ten years or so, and is one of the "deluxe" type nursing homes affiliated with an assisted living community. Overall I found it to be about as good as you could expect. The building and grounds are attractive and well-kept, and the common areas and rooms are kept very clean. I found the staff to be efficient and kind, for the most part - of course there are exceptions as might find anywhere. I only have two complaints: I feel that they fall somewhat short in providing sufficient physical therapy, and also that they should provide more interactive activities for the seniors, especially the ones who are a little further along. I fell that the seniors do spend a bit too much time vegetating, but I realize that it's possible hard to provide that level of care. Also it is quite expensive, but almost all nursing homes in our area of eastern Massachusetts are. So in short, that's why I give four stars - not perfect but above average in terms of facilities and staff. A solid B plus.

This place is terrible and plays with people lives. The residents are not being care for, they are left sitting on their dirt. Nursing care is non existent , nurses do not notice if a person is sick to send them to the hospital ,resident can die in the room nobody notice.I had to take myself my family member to the hospital because no one notice that person did not look ok.We try to visit every day because our loved one is left neglected.I am trying to get my loved out of the hospital it becomes impossible because they have a lawyer that fights it.Please be very careful

Clean, pleasant looking facility. Level of care is probably adequate. However, patients are not treated with the level of respect they deserve. Staff is rushed, and often uncaring. No real abuse, but a lack of compassion for what these people are facing in their later years. I can't compare this place with others, but I wouldn't want to be living there.

Sum it up for you, If you have loved ones ,dont send them here !!! Horrible servicesStaff is very uncaring and just looks like they hate their jobs. No security and staff just congregates at the desk. Call lights going off and no one cared. The person next to my mother set hers off and it was well over an hour before they responded . Place should be shut down !!

Wish I could rate this death house minus stars. My father was a patient and I've never witnessed such abuse and apathy. Nursing staff is the worst! If you want great care for your loved one, do not send him/her here!!
