By caring staff do you mean when the staff picks a horror movie to watch? Or when the van driver tells you that she will only wait 10 mins. After that she is leaving ? There are some caring folks and also some that don’t care. but if your loved one has dementia and can’t speak for themselves. I do NOT recommend this facility. Please exercise caution. Go in for unexpected visits.

My brother attends Active Day and he cannot wait to go. The staff is very caring and knows each person in their care. Lots of activities to participate in including trips during the day for lunch, shopping, even a Harbor cruise. The staff is laid back so it feels more like family care than institution care. Appreciate the care they give to each individual.

My mother visits during the summer. She has dementia and is very active. We visited the center before she began attending and found the facility to be more than what we were expecting. The clients were engaged in activities scheduled for the day. The treatment of the clients was very respectful; overall the cleanliness of the facility, the very caring staff, and the full range of activities made this the right choice for mom.
