I toured Evergreen Senior Apartments. They're new and they're modern, and everything looks in good shape. I don't see any issues with the place. They have a library and a workout facility.

I applied for the apartment in Evergreen Senior Apartments. I paid the $25 application fee and no one has gotten back to me. I've left several messages and I filed an application, but the only answer I got was that the staff was very busy, and she hasn't been able to get back to me. It's already going to be the end of the year, and I would like to start the year in my own place. The first lady I met was very nice. They don't give food there. The facility was excellent and very clean. They had a fireplace, a nice welcoming room, a kitchen, and a laundry room. They had a room for people to socialize. Another reason why I liked it was, it was near a lot of places where I can go shopping and the hospital was near.

My brother is in Evergreen Senior Apartments. The place is truly nice. We're gonna attend a potluck luncheon. They've been very helpful to him and his neighbors have been, too, because my brother is blind. They have a pool hall, they have a dining room, they do trips, and they have a gym. It's very clean. The grounds are clean. It doesn't smell like a nursing home or an old people's home. They have a lot of activities, but he's a little leery about going out and meeting people. He had some neighbors that come over today to try to get acquainted with him, but by him being blind, he doesn't trust anybody. We try to get him acclimated into going out. If I need to sell my house, I would like to go there, too. They're nice.
