They no longer provide meals.! Transportation is horrible! They pick up and drop off early and late (whatever is convenient for the driver) with no call, then complain if they have to wait two minutes! Staff turnover is high! Not too friendly either!

Although the services offered by the organization appear to be impressive and the general approach of community integration is noteworthy, there seem to be some issues under the radar. First of all, there is a tremendous turnover of direct care staff and management. Second, the approach seems to change annually from service delivery to an arts center to community orientation. This has led to a large number of longterm individuals leaving the agency. They also have serious transportation problems.
