My mother will be moving back into Heritage Manor West. She was in there for physical therapy before, and she liked it, so she wanted to go back there into the nursing home. She liked the people there, and she liked the service there. She liked everything. The food was good, the nurses were good, and the aides were good. Their staff was excellent. The place was clean, and it looked brand new. They had activities, like card games and painting.

The food is horrible need better menues. The food is mess wouldn't feed it to a dog. The residents deserve good meals.

After about 6+ months of inconsistent care for my father, we had two different meetings with administration to address and resolve the issues. Shortly after being assured things will be corrected he was rushed to the E.R. near death. Two days later, Heritage Manor sends a letter stating that they will no longer be able to meet his medical needs.

My husband is in Heritage Manor, and it is very nice. The dining room is fine, and the food was OK. It was clean, new, and nice.
