A friend of ours is at The Bradford Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation and she spoke highly of it. It was clean and what I liked about it was that it was small. It wasn't one big corporate type. It was like a family and with Alzheimer's, my husband doesn't need some big place where he would get lost in. The lady who gave me the tour was sweet and caring. They had a little workout room, a little library room, and an office/computer room. The room my friend was in was clean, but they are the ones who keep it clean and they're allowed to decorate it themselves. The dining area was easy to get around.

The rooms are like hospital room. The staff is incompetent and rude They have very few activities and they didn't see to my sister attending the few they have. They half do there job from the administration on down and make all kind of excuses for their lazy improperly train staff. I feel while my sister was there they make her worse.

My dad is in Bradford Guest Care. It's primarily a place to rehabilitate patients to try to get them back into assisted living. The facility is clean. Every time I visit my father, the restroom and floors are always clean and lunch and dinner trays are picked up in a timely manner. The rooms never have any issues with trash. They provide Sunday service and physical therapy based on their care plan.

The rooms at Bradford Guest Care LLC were nice and clean but small and had kind of a hospital feel. The staff was good, but they need to be more interactive with their patients. There also needs to be more stimulation for the patients like activities or concerts.

We chose Bradford for my parents because they are the closet facility to some other family members who are in town. Their rooms are a little small for a couple. I wish the facility were a little larger or we could get in a larger room. We were able to have lunch there, and the food is good and very adequate, very presentable, and I have no complaints.
