I believe making as many visits to see your friends or loved ones makes a big difference in there care they recieve, and if you can know there condition & what medication the facilty is giving them, does it benefit the patient or the staff, (Know the black box warnings on medications) some will do more harm then good. Always remain calm & cool. Always stat to the patients that there care is number #1, and notice how they are dressed. I really believe that the nurses & the aides doing the work , need to be always praised for their work because it goes a long way, Knowing that your loved one will be taken care of when you are away help relieve stress. I feel that care center need to worry about the care part not so much the money, just like school and we all would be in a better spot today . We need to take care of the people who bought us into this world , and give them a since of we care about what happens. This place has made it look like a home in the dining room & TV area, and many changes are happening everyday. , Glad to see that a person getting older has a since of a home & friends
