The caregivers of this facility are very willing to listen to details that are important in the care of my husband. He is a resident, he has Lewy Body Dementia. I am a retired nurse, and was caring for him at home until it became to difficult to manage. He is 6' 7"" tall, and had frequent falls and restless days and nights at home. It is better to approach him with minimal noise and personel. The staff understands that and are learning when and how to approach him, without causing him to become agitated and resistent. The management is also understanding and very accessible and willing to talk with me, when I have questions.
