We're pleased with Regency Park of Carroll Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. The staff is accommodating. They work well with my mom and we don't have any complaints. The food is good. There's a variety and they take them to the dining area. Their therapist is good. Mom gets therapy from Monday through Friday. They take her outside to the garden sometimes to sit so that's nice. She's got a full room. It's nice and there's a TV.

“”This facility is owned by a large corporation in another state. So there is no one you can talk to locally when a problem arises. Corporate and administration are all about making money, even if it affects the well being of the residents. Food is a very low quality and prepared poorly, hot food is usually served room temperature. Facility is very outdated and not clean. Facility is very short staffed most of the time, week ends are always short of staff, supervision is terrible! Call lights are not answered , often for 45 minutes or more. Some staff are not trained and often will tell you that they have not received proper training and administrators treat them poorly. Most appear not to like there job. Residents rooms are extremely small, dark and outdated. Most of the residents time is spent in a recliner or bed, not much interaction at all. Doctors orders are often not followed by nursing staff, when questioned they do not want to hear your concerns.
