We sure restaurant style with Breakfast made to order, anytime of day.  We run a special for lunch and supper with an anytime menu to choose from.

SunnyBrook offers specialty programs like Live 2B healthy and Music Speaks.  We have special trainers that come in and do those programs.  SunnyBrook also has at least 6 activities throughout the day to engage our residents and meet their needs.  
Our staff is always trying something new and different to engage our memory care residents and keep things new and fresh.

Anytime the is a change of condition or concern about a loved ones health the family is called.  There is an assessment done prior to move in, one done 30 days after move in, every 90 days a nurses review and a yearly assessment.

SunnyBrook is located on the northern edge of Carroll.  The view is wide open with farm land around it. It is a quit neighborhood and the residents enjoy sitting outside watching the traffic.

SunnyBrook has a memory care specific unit that is secured.  The doors are alarmed to go off on the resident specialists pagers.  They also keep them engaged in activities to keep the residents entertained.

SunnyBrook has a very active group of seniors.  The average age in our community is the mid 80's.  Some of our residents favorite things to do is going on van rides and day trips.  We also love the music entertainment and monthly parties.  Live 2B Healthy is a new wellness program that is the talk of the community.

SunnyBrook RN does an assessment prior to move in and one 30 days after move in.  Family is always welcome to call and get a report.  If there is a change of condition the first contact will be notified.

SunnyBrook memory care residents are served restaurant style, with plenty of choices.  They are served according to their needs and what they like.  Our staff sits with them during meal time.

SunnyBrook is located on the North East edge of town.  We are a walking path around the building.  There is not many things with in walking distance but we do offer transportation and outings throughout the year.

Residents can bring their pets.  It is up to them to care for them and keep them leashed in the community.  There is plenty of area outside for them to run and enjoy the outdoors.
