I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Very bad place, dirty, old, staff will tell you they are going to do things for your loved one but they don't. They leave them laying in a bed for 14 days and call it quarantine. This is a terrible place don't bring your loved ones here. Get them out as soon as possible.

They go above and beyond for their residents and genuinely care. If you have any issues, there is someone there to help at all hours of the day.

needs major updating. very drab. But Greene Co doesnt really have much else to offer. Both facilities in the County have the same issue. Extremely outdated leaving you feel like you are leaving you're loved one in an asylum instead of a home that gives the best care possible. Which they do have great workers. It's just a sad place to be in visually

The Glenburn Home was a sad place for me. My grandfather was very sick at the time. The place was very clean, and the staff was extremely nice to me. I felt the staff really did care about the patients, which I feel makes a huge difference in the patients' care. The rooms were spacious, but there were two people to a room. This oculd create an uncomfortable situation. I always felt bad when I visited my grandfather that someone did not ever seem to be there to visit his roommate. The rooms, hallwyasys and restrooms were kept very clean. This makes a huge difference when you get to a state with the elderly where they just don't care anymore. They also had an area for the patients to socialize as well as an outdoor garden area. I would recommend this facility to anyone. This is always a tough decision, but people can feel good about Glenburn.
