The staff seem helpful and able. There is always a competent member of the staff ready to help me if I have a questions. The building looks run down but livable. There is air conditioning in the rooms, a large social area although the patients have to share a room due to limited space. The nurses and doctors create a stable environment for the patients and I have not had an trouble when contacting them. The nurses seem to be able to control even an uncontrollable patient. The doctors are hard to get ahold of but seem to be up to date on their patients. The patients have plenty of opportunity for outside social interactions and trips. The patients have control of a limited amount of money and options for what they want to spend it on. Overall the entire environement makes me feel satisfied with the Tammerlane Health Facility.
