Morton Reflections Memory Care

Morton Reflections Memory Care was nice and clean. They had a lot of things there to help make you feel that your loved ones would be secure. The staff was real friendly. The rooms were a good size (although some of the rooms had carpets that were a little worn). They had an outdoor area for them to sit that was secure, and another nice area to watch TV. The dining area also looked good. There's plenty of room.

Morton Reflections Memory Care is close to our home. My father-in-law receives very good care there and he's happy. That's the most important thing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the room is just perfect for him, enough for what he needs. He doesn't sleep in a bed, he sleeps in a recliner, so we have it set up like a little apartment. He's happy with the food too. Their dining area is very nice and it's right outside his room, so it doesn't take him very far to get there. The atmosphere is very enjoyable for him. He has coffee with his friends in the morning and he's been participating in the exercises and everything, so we're happy about that.

My mom has moved into Morton Reflections Memory Care. The facility is fairly new. It was built in 2018. It looks like a little community inside. It looks a little cottagey; it looks very warm, very homey, and very inviting. The staff is excellent. I haven't observed any activities. They actually focus on their interests, and they are able to get them to participate in whatever things like gardening or things that they like to do. They are very specific to the individual, so they try to work with them on that to keep them active. I have not tried the food, but my mom says it's not too bad. It was not the least expensive. For the amenities and the facility itself, it is the most affordable. You get more for your money in my opinion.

Morton Reflections Memory Care was excellent. I was very impressed with the rooms. The staff member was very informative and very friendly. Since it's an Alzheimer's and dementia area, there aren't a lot of activities, but they do what they can with the residents. They had some nice areas for the visiting family members or if you want to bring meals in.

My mother is in Morton Reflections Memory Care. The care has been great, and her room is clean and comfortable. They have all sorts of activities, musicians come in once a week, they do karaoke, they sit around in a circle and do activities with a parachute, and they allow them to help with cake mixing and things like that. The food I had was good.
