My mom moved into Harborview Thomasville 2 weeks ago. The nursing staff is very nice and they help with any questions we have. They're very considerate. They check on her, and they're very helpful. She's in a private room. The dining area is nice and clean. She likes the food that they serve. They have daily activities. They keep a schedule of everything they want to do. They had a Christmas party and New Year's party. She gets physical and occupational therapy.

My brother stayed for rehab at Harborview Thomasville. I wasn't totally happy with it, and I don't think he was either. I would say the responsiveness is probably what I was least happy with, in that if you call for help, it may come 30 minutes later, or you may have to call twice. He was in a double room, so it had two people. The upkeep and maintenance were standard, I guess. Nothing negative there. The staff wasn't anything to clap your hands about, but I think they were satisfactory. The meals were pretty much in his room, as he didn't have much mobility. The food was fine. Other than physical therapy, he didn't do too many activities. He was just trying to recover.
