My mother-in-law is now settled at PruittHealth - Forsyth (Heritage Healthcare of Forsyth) and she seems to be satisfied there. They have church services that come in, they play Bingo, and they have auctions on Thursdays. The staff is helpful.

Heritage Health Care on Cabiness Road in Forsyth, a nursing home facility, provided hospice care for my mother for 1 month. During that month, my mother was treated with the utmost respect, care and love by all staff members. Any questions or issues were addressed as quickly as they could humanly address them. It would be nice to see this facility remodeled, but it would not change the care given inside or change the level of care, I commend the entire staff for their caring attitude. This facility was recommended to me by a good friend and I would now recommend it to others.

Heritage Healthcare of Forsyth is a beautiful establishment off the outskirts of downtown Forsyth. This facility is a wonderful asset to the community of Forsyth. Heritage Healthcare of Forsyth encompasses residential comfort by always having staff and nurses in hand. Many elderly or disabled people find their way into a nursing home. Heritage Healthcare allows these people to have all the comfort of regular at home living. This facility has two dogs and many cats that roam the rooms and halls freely. In the front lobby residents can see birds that flutter and chirp in a floor to ceiling birdcage. Many students from the local high school seeking community service hours can also visit the residents and share a warm smile and listen to their stories. If i ever have to be put in a nursing home i would love to stay at Heritage Healthcare of Forsyth.
