My husband was evaluated and accepted by Freedom Oaks owner. He was accepted and moved into the facility . My sister, niece and I visited often during his stay. We were very please with his care and the staff was very friendly and attentive to Chuck. I was so surprised to get a call eight days later telling me I must move him out. No one mentioned it the day before in person. No mention in his review for placement. Very cold and impersonal. I was and am still shocked and hurt.
