Perfie 2021-02-24 Sierra Vista was a nice place. It was not as big as where my auntie lives now, but it looked very clean, the people were very nice, and I thought it was a good facility. The staff who toured us was wonderful. She explained the nursing and everything to us, and she did it very well. The dining area was very nice too, but with Corona, the tables were 6 feet apart, and there were only about maybe six or seven tables. It's a small place, and the rooms were very small comparing to what she has now. It's only one room and the bathroom was shared by two people. The staff showed us a poster on the wall about what they do every single day. They play a little bit of a game on the TV, but I didn't look too much on the activities because my auntie is 95, and she doesn't do many of that. I visited this facility

Karen 2020-11-10 Sierra Vista seemed really nice. From what I saw, and with talking to the director, I really liked it. It's a beautiful place. The rooms looked great. The staff members that I have met were great. It seemed like a really good place. I heard all good things about it from other people. I went in for a little tour, and it had a beautiful, big patio area. It's all green and just real pretty. Some of the rooms lead out to that and the rooms were decent-sized. I didn't get to really see inside because of COVID. They do the activities. My friend's brother knows somebody in there, and he really likes it there. They would've taken my mom, but I couldn't afford it because of the care that she needs. The person during the tour was super nice and easy to work with. I visited this facility

Donna 2020-10-21 Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living was wonderful. I really loved the people and the place. I just really liked it a lot. I think it would suit my mom a lot. The rooms were absolutely perfect. They had exercise classes, they had people sitting around at tables working puzzles, and people were playing cards. It was an activity afternoon, they were doing different things. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Sierra Vista. That's the best place I've looked at, the staff is really nice, everybody that I met there was nice. I even met the maintenance man and they were all so nice. I visited this facility

Johnna 2019-11-28 We saw Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista and we were 100% happy with it. It was excellent all the way around and it looked good, and it seemed very well organized. However, at the last minute, they said they couldn't take my friend because he needed a lot of care. The people we talked to were very nice. They had a calendar of activities, and they had outings for the people that were able to go out to the casino or Walmart. It looked good and smelled good. They posted the menus for all the meals, and you can pick one or another, or go a la carte. I visited this facility

Jessica 2019-07-15 Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista is very clean, and the employees have been very nice to my grandmother. They have taken great care of her. She has her own room, her own bathroom and closet, and she has a view of the outside. Some people have bigger rooms, some share a room, and some are small apartments with kitchenettes, but she does not have one. They have daily activities in the common room, they take trips to the grocery store and to go shopping, and every holiday they have family meals, music, and activities. The staff has been excellent, and she loves the food. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

The people enjoyed each other's company, and it was nice. They have shared rooms and individual rooms, and they were all spacious. They play Bingo, and occasionally take them to a casino or to Walmart. They have a beauty salon, which is nice. I visited this facility

The staff was really informative, took us around, and showed us everything, but it didn't have a big common area. She showed us a room that you share, which I wouldn't want to do. It wasn't really nice. I know they had some activities. I've seen some of the dancers from my daughter's studio. The staff was friendly and nice. I visited this facility

The facility itself is very nicely decorated. It could be a home away from home for my mother. If I had to go, I would like to go there. They have numerous activities, and they have an activity director. They have Bingo every day at 2:30, and they also take residents off-campus to shopping at Walmart and other stores. The activities are very well-planned. One thing I really like is they have to come out of their rooms for meals, and they have to get dressed. My mom has always been in her nightgown and kind of depressed, and I have seen a big change in her in the social activities, so I am very impressed with them. Barbara250537 2016-07-10 My mom has been in Sierra Vista Assisted Living since March. They have excellent staff. The room is clean and they’re allowed to bring their own things in there. The beds are standard, but she was just ordered a hospital bed because she fell out of the bed quite a few times. I think the beds need rails on them. She’s gone to the hospital four times in two months, so the doctor said to order a hospital bed for her. The food is excellent; I’ve eaten there. They have excellent activities like church on Sundays, dominoes, cards, and an art class. They have a calendar and every day of the week, they’re doing something. I visited this facility

They had a nice garden outside. They took them out by a bus once or twice a week to McDonald's, the mall, and other places, which was a beautiful service. I visited this facility

She lives in a two-bedroom apartment, which she shares with another lady. They share a common area like the kitchen, the living room, and the dining room. They have different activities -- i.e., bingo, trips to different places around the area, doctor's appointments, and shopping -- and they have exercises in the morning. I would recommend them. Caring107342050 2015-05-23 We decided on Sierra Vista which is a 53-bed assisted living. When we were still looking, I was looking at all different levels of care. It is one story assisted living versus board and care. For the same price, my friend gets her own room. She wanted something on the first floor. They have big windows, so if there is ever a fire, they have more than one exit route. I took her to several places to look and let her choose. She talked to several residents that were just sitting in the dining area doing puzzles or talking with one another. There was that social piece that she liked. There were different things going on, and the residents seemed happy. They said the food is good. I've talked to several staff who worked there for several years which made me feel better. They were very friendly and accommodating. They let me look at the kitchen, and I was able to talk to the cook. Everybody who worked there seems so relaxed and friendly like they really enjoy it. The people were out in the common area, and it just seemed like the people were happy. The staffs were really friendly, and they know the residents by name. I did not try the food. It was not during meal time, but it smelled so good that it made me hungry. From what I have seen, the place is really nice. It was certainly the nicest and the most comfortable of all the places I visited. I visited this facility

Denise 2018-07-02 My sister is at Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista. The grounds are adequate. There is a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. It is pet friendly, so there are a few people that have pets there. My sister is in a shared bungalow, but she is able to take a lot of her personal things. The bungalow has a small kitchenette if she wants to cook. Her roommate is very nice. My sister is very happy with it. She likes it there. A nurse comes in and helps her with medication everyday. She is getting adequate nutrition. All of her food is provided. They have a bus service that will take her right to her doctors' appointments. Also, once a week, they will take her to Walmart where she can get her personal things. We love it. So far, it has been wonderful. They are treating my sister very well. We think it's priced correctly for what she can afford. They have gone all out for her. She has had a birthday party, and they sang happy birthday to her. They made her feel special, which is what she really needed. I'm very satisfied with the whole thing. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

If you have money, you can get a nicer, bigger room since they had different levels of rooms at different prices. They would take you to the doctor and do everything for you. If I have to, I would probably pick this one because even though it is a small room, it is cheaper than other communities. I visited this facility

I visited this facility

Sierra Vista was a nice place. It was not as big as where my auntie lives now, but it looked very clean, the people were very nice, and I thought it was a good facility. The staff who toured us was wonderful. She explained the nursing and everything to us, and she did it very well. The dining area was very nice too, but with Corona, the tables were 6 feet apart, and there were only about maybe six or seven tables. It's a small place, and the rooms were very small comparing to what she has now. It's only one room and the bathroom was shared by two people. Sierra Vista Independent & Assisted Living was wonderful. I really loved the people and the place. I just really liked it a lot. I think it would suit my mom a lot. The rooms were absolutely perfect. We saw Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista and we were 100% happy with it. It was excellent all the way around and it looked good, and it seemed very well organized. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista is very clean, and the employees have been very nice to my grandmother. They have taken great care of her. She has her own room, her own bathroom and closet, and she has a view of the outside. Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista was OK, but I wasn't really impressed with them. The staff was really informative, took us around, and showed us everything, but it didn't have a big common area. I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister is at Pacifica Senior Living Sierra Vista. The grounds are adequate. There is a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. It is pet friendly, so there are a few people that have pets there. My sister is in a shared bungalow, but she is able to take a lot of her personal things. The bungalow has a small kitchenette if she wants to cook. Her roommate is very nice. My sister is very happy with it. She likes it there. A nurse comes in and helps her with medication everyday. She is getting adequate nutrition. All of her food is provided. They have a bus service that will take her right to her doctors' appointments. Also, once a week, they will take her to Walmart where she can get her personal things. We love it. We visited Pacifica. They were nice, but the units were smaller than what they're looking for. The staff who assisted us was very nice, and the tour was nice. They had exercise rooms.
