"My Mom was a resident of the Thomas House for 2 years. She received excellent care. The staff was caring, competent and professional. The owner helped us with all of our needs and listened to any concerns we had about Mom's needs. The facility was always clean and the food was excellent. We were especially pleased with the small ratio of caregivers to residents - no resident waits for needed attention. I would recommend The Thomas House to anyone. "

"Perham Living is a pretty good facility and in a good area. The people there are very nice. The place is fairly new. From the people I know that are there, they like it really well."

"Prairie View was good. The staff was good and the place was easy to locate. I think they have scheduled activities on certain days of the week."

"I rated this facility five stars because it was an excellent place. The nursing staff was very friendly and helpful, always at your side and checking up on the resident so make sure they were okay. The facility itself was so nice I was very surprised. Everything was up to date with modern technology, sophisticated decor, and new furniture. It was well kept and very clean every visit. My husband's grandfather who was the resident staying there had his own private room that was bright, lively, and open. They had it decorated with all of his things just the way he liked. He had his own private bathroom in the same room with all his toiletries organized and well sanitized. The one negative comment I have to say about this place was the limited amount of activities available for the residents. There was a pool table and tv's set up all around the facility but not much else. There was a lot of board games and cards that I saw played which was nice. They held weekly activities like Bingo so that was very nice. "

"Our experience with Ecumen Emmanuel was wonderful from start to finish. The staff was very friendly, helpful, caring and attentive to our father’s needs. Our father was determined not to spend any time in a nursing facility, but finally accepted that he needed rehab assistance. He connected with staff immediately and met another resident who attended the same school over 80 years ago. They had a wonderful time reminiscing about the school, candy store and people including future wife of my dad’s brother. We are very grateful for the wonderful care and positive experience our father enjoyed."
