"I was here at a time when I think the staff was down, because it was like late on a Saturday, 5:30 or so. I didn't get a good picture, but it looked favorable anyway, as far as the physical facility. The staff who showed me around was very good. It was kind of a spur of the moment because there was some confusion about when I was gonna be there. There's always somebody at the front desk, so that's who I spoke to. The rooms were very nice. I saw the memory care. They had quite a bit of activities. They had a dining area, but the wing that I went through was just being opened, and there was hardly any resident there."

"The location of Maple Guest Home was perfect. The facility was excellent. I liked the patient-to-staff ratio. Everyone was very professional. I feel that they would be able to perfectly supply the need that we need for my mom. They have a place outside. Mom likes outside to where she can be nice and comfortable and get sunshine. I liked the whole atmosphere."

"The tour at Westmont Village went fine. It was nice, but it was a little spread out and kind of larger than what I was looking for. The room they showed was pretty nice. It was a two-bedroom with a shared bath, and the size of it was nice. People were doing different activities. They were doing like a chair yoga class and crafts in one area. The staff was very good."

"Brookdale Sunwest has very friendly people. The fact that they have an independent living and an assisted living in one facility was the main reason we chose Brookdale Sunwest. The staff is extremely positive, very kind. They have lots of activities, like cards and bingo throughout the day. They have a pool. It’s a very active facility. The food is good, and the dining room is very nice. It’s perfect for an elderly person. "

"My husband was in a different facility in Hemet. After he was approved through Medi-cal with a shared cost I began looking for a different facility. I looked at the Village first and stopped looking. The whole process took about 2 weeks and he was moved immediately. The care is excellent. He does not get actual rehab but a rehab aide comes in 5 times a week and works with his legs and arms which the other facility does not offer. The food here is very good. I have nothing bad to say at all. When you go into his room it is very homey and warm. I am glad I found this great place. The staff, facility, food, and care is the best I have found. "

"I toured Ivy Park at Murrieta. It just seemed well-kept. They seemed to care about their patients, and I was just impressed with the whole facility. They have a very nice dining area open all day long, which was very impressive. They had a beauty salon there. They had physical therapy there. They have doctors who came in and visited. The staff was very accommodating."

"My mom will be moving into Hacienda Senior Living Assisted Living & Memory Care. I like the friendliness of everybody. The center is very clean. When they toured us, the patients looked like they were very well taken care of. It's a very nice place. The staff who gave the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very nice. They are in the process of doing some remodeling of some of the rooms, but they're very nice, almost like little apartments. The dining area was very nice. It's like a hacienda-type setting with a fireplace and everything. They have a beautiful courtyard in the middle with the rooms kind of going around the courtyard. It creates a nice view for the patients when they're in their rooms. They could look out the window and see the beautiful courtyard. When I toured, they were in the process of having lunch, but they toured us to community room areas where you could go and view TV and socialize with the other patients. They're very helpful with the paperwork because a lot of people don't know what to do and what kind of paperwork they're going to need. So, they're very helpful with that. The staff was very helpful. She was the one that provided a lot of the information on the paperwork that I would need from my mom's doctor and all that stuff. Also, from what I could see on the food that they were eating, it was very good. They were having chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes and carrots, and it was a very large portion. It looked more like a dinner than a lunch. "

"My mother has been in Wildomar Senior Assisted Living for five years. It's very good. They offer a lot of activities, but she doesn't do anything. The food is quite good, yet a little too starchy for my taste, but there seems to be a good variety. I get copies of the menu every week. Her room is very nice and has a small kitchenette, but she doesn't use it. She has a refrigerator, a microwave, storage cabinets, and a full sink. It would be adequate for her needs if she needed anything, but she chooses not to use it. She uses the cafeteria or the dining room for her meals. The facility is very nice. It's worth visiting to see if it fits your needs. I'm very comfortable having my mother there."

"We're very happy with Citiview Residential Care. It's a 100% match of what my dad would like. They are staffed sufficiently, and all of them are very attentive and professional. We looked at the menu, and I think it suits the clientele. It's a big property with gardens, a big patio, a big front, and a driveway with trees and sitting areas."

"This one is our favorite. When my mom needs to go somewhere, that's where she'll go. It just felt more homey and she felt more comfortable there. The environment was very pleasant and very friendly. The building was nice and not too large. Their apartments were pleasant. They have studios which are not huge, but for a studio, they're nice. They have high ceilings and their windows have a view. Food was good. It was also a lot better than the food from other facilities we visited. The staff seemed to care about what you like and they're very attentive. We just overall like this place better than the others we saw; however, it is very expensive. "
