Northside Health Care

My father is in Northside Health Care. They've been pretty good and very informative. When they have any problems, they call me. The staff is very courteous. The rooms are fairly clean. I don't have any complaints. He's in long-term care there. They have an activity schedule, bible studies, and stuff like that. It was awfully expensive.

My sister was in this facility in October 2016. She received excellent care. The staff was very attentive to her needs. Caring and friendly.

While i was with my church, our pastor decided to go to this facility to sing and pray for some of the patients. This facility was very nice looking and groomed on the outside and the inside was very clean and neat. The staff were very friendly and so helpful to us and the patients. All of the patients seemed like they were happy with their environment. You could tell that the staff did all that they could to make the patients feel comfortable. They had a nice area for the residents to watch tv and just enjoy themselves. I was glad to have had the chance to visit and share my happiness with the patients.

My clients were looking for a nursing home that did not have high deficiencies rates in pressure sores, bed sores and physically restraining the residents. Their loved one has VERY sensitive skin and has to be handled in an extremely delicate manner. I went to Northside and looked at reports from the actual residents there. According to the reports, the percentage rate of pressure sores and physical restraints was roughly between 1-6%. That consisted of long stay and short stay residents. My clients were relieved about this and I was able to place their loved one at Northside.
