"I got to go to Whitehall Manor and see a studio room that was their larger room. That's the only room that we could get to when I was there. The staff member who gave us a tour was very nice and so was everybody else that we met. The staff member knew everyone by name. Everyone had a smile on and something good to say. I didn't get to see much of the facility because we only went to the one room, but it was very nicely decorated."

"My mom will move into Country Arch Care Center. It's beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly and amazing. They're good people. The rooms were nice and spacious, and had a TV. They were set up very nicely. It was set up comfortably. It didn't feel like a hospital to her. There's an outside facility, and they do a lot of different things for the patients."

"From the moment I walked in this center it felt warm and inviting. The staff greeted us right away with warm smiles. The Director was very attentive to our concerns about placing our family member in something like this and offered a trial day to see if our family member would enjoy the program and feel comfortable. My family member has been attending for a little over half a year and really enjoys attending and looks forward to going, especially when there is music and they really enjoy the craft projects and other community visitors. I would recommend this program to anyone who's family member needs socialization or the caregiver needs respite. The staff are attentive to everyone, make sure everyone is involved to the best of their ability and they also offer a caregiver support group monthly. I am unsure about meals but my family member doesn't complain so I guess that's a good sign."
