The outside of the facility looked very nice. The administrator that we talked to was very, very pleasant, and very helpful. Well, assisted living is ruled out. When I explained her level of care, he realized that also. We talked about the memory care unit and the rest home facilities as far as the level of care that my mother would receive there. The staff was absolutely wonderful. He has continued to follow up and he has been very supportive. Outstanding."

"The Village at Waterman Lake is close to family. My mother has just moved in there. The staff is excellent. The rooms are not huge but adequate. The dining room is very nice but small. Each unit has its own dining room. They had a piano recital, do bus rides every day, and bingo. "
