I think this agency is great. Our caregiver is sharp. She immediately assessed our situation. She has been extremely helpful. I have nothing but good things to say about her. This particular agency is extremely well regarded. I'm very impressed with their work.

The office cancelled our appointment because we were late. Why were we late? Because we waited 15 minutes in line to be checked in for we ended up being 5 minutes late even though we were there 10 minutes early. Now we are requesting a copy of medical information and they refuse to even acknowledge us. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this clinic.
