I’ve had Cabell Huntington Hime Health at least 3 times. They have seen me after hospitalizations for pneumonia and respiratory failure. They also saw me after knee replacement. In fact, I was unable to go to an outside physical therapy center and my recovery with them was great. They have always called me with a time they were coming and worked around my doctor appointments, so I didn’t miss a day of therapy. These workers are wonderful. Their level of care is above and beyond their job requirements. They were sensitive to my needs and so supportive. I’ve had other home health agencies in the past but they were less than desirable. I highly recommend this agency.

Very poor on communication. Did not update family, doctor or retirement community on progress or plans. Because my mother had trouble following directions they deemed her to be no longer eligible for therapy after her stroke. Made the decision to no longer treat without the Doctor being involved.

The nurses, PTs, staff, and aides are skilled, patient, accessible, caring, and professional. I cannot praise them enough.
