It's a crap shoot. Someday's you get a good one but mostly sub par service. My grandparents are 93 and we used this provider about 3 months ago. We had about 2 really good nurses Carolina and Rhonda they did wonderful work and my Grandma actually liked them, We got a few nurses you had to tell them what to do, If my Grandfather is paying $26 an hour you better be doing as much as you can in that hour. There was one incident a girl with bright purple hair came to my Grandparents house with a fresh head wound which was openly bleeding running down her neck. She was running late and cracked her head in her rush (she was late anyway so just might as well take your time). I was alarmed and so were my Grandparents, they didn't want her working there bleeding and with a head injury! I cleaned her up and got a band aid on her and in the time I was there she sat at the kitchen table and texted blatantly in front of my Grandparents. This is a hard situation already to invite strangers into your home but that situation angered me greatly. My Grandfather payed large amounts of money for this level of service, unimpressive to say the least. I leave you to make your own opinion of the situation I described.

My experience with ResCare HomeCare has been pretty good. The caregiver that I have now is excellent. I think the management is disorganized.
