This company sent an excellent lady to help me out. She stayed for a few months. She had to fund better employment. They have left me with little to mostly NO help for over three weeks. I get no call until long after the time for someone to show up has passed. They promise emptily. Today instead of a calll or a homecare worker as promised.at 11: a.m. They called me at 5 minutes after three on the 4 th week I've gone without help. They were told my cancer has metasticized. I can't do for myself. They are RUDE and their management style is intensely lacking. I wouldn't recommend them to a sick enemy let alone anyone I cared for. They're behavior and apathy are exhausting and hurtful. 1 is the highest rating. Though their helpers are good hardworking people. Someone has dropped the ball cinsiderably. Shameful!

I don’t like Addus. There’s a large mess of the company, and they never return following the holidays. I am not happy with them at all. The caregiver has been heavily inappropriate, and my mother’s blood pressure has risen. In terms of scheduling, they can’t make it. They’ll call me and ask if my mom really needs somebody that day rather than just sending somebody.

I am very happy with my Caregiver, she is able to provide the In Home Care That I Need.

We found Addus back in November. They're prompt at getting someone out. The caregiver is well-trained. We've been very happy with the care that she's giving. She does a good job and doesn't have to be told over and over again. I hope Addus would have more trained people for back-up.
