Canyon Home Care was referred to me by someone else. They were just more accommodating to what I needed, and I think their service is very good. They are very professional and very personable, and I have no problems with them at all. I have no complaints so everything is good. The caregiver's work ethic is great. They just know what to do. I don't have to tell them anything because they already know what needs to be done, and they do it. They do little extras for me, which is really nice. They make me feel comfortable. The scheduling has been fine, and as far as the billing, I haven't had any problems so far.

I was unable to experience the full care that canyon offered. After 1 week of being accepted for their service they had me mixed up with one of their other patients, needlessly to say that they embarrassed me to where I was very upset. It was very unprofessional what they accused me of.. though this person apologized I left them and went with another agency.
