They do not do to much in the home. They do not have consistency. We have a lot of change in the caregiver with in the week.

As she loses the ability to do things for herself and needs more help, they do everything they can to help her. They have been very responsive when our needs have changed, and they covered shifts quickly.

As soon as she comes in, she gets to work without being told what to do, and she works up until the time that she has to leave. She is outgoing. I like that they follow up. The worker is an excellent worker, and I think I am happier with them more than the others I have been with.
