After my knee surgery, I couldn't drive, so I needed therapy at home. The physical therapist they sent was awesome. He didn't just rush through the exercises; he showed me exactly what to do to get back on my feet faster. He was patient and explained the whole recovery plan so I wasn't just guessing. Living in Odessa, it's great to have such professional care right at your doorstep

My sister hired a home nurse for our grandmother. She was very happy and said the nurse was a real pro. Helped with the shots and with treating bedsores. Highly recommend.

I GIVE HOSPICE A 5 OUT OF 5. They cared for my mother , came on time , always available for phone calls . PROVIDED all information we needed . ALL medications provided including wheelchairs , oxygen etc. Although it was a very short time on Hospice. They were wonderful.

Terrible service, most of the nurses are rude, I've recently had a few items missing since they started coming out. Most of the nurses are late and can't get a return call for complaints . I would not refer anyone here!

We had a really good experience with Star Care Hospice with my father. They were fabulous. They came in everyday and talked to us about what was going on with end of life. They educated us on the dying process, and that was important to me and my family. They talked to us about the grieving process. We were doing a lot of processing and making sure everybody was talking to him. After he died, we were at peace.

We have Star Care Home Health right now, and they were very nice. Most of the time, the caregivers come on time. They provide therapy and the nurse comes; she takes the blood pressure, temperature, and straightens out medication problems. I actually needed some physical help with the house, but they didn’t provide that kind of service. I don’t have any complaints with them at all.
