When assigning me a new caregiver, they tell them it's permanent, but I haven't had a chance to get to know them, which makes it awkward if we aren't a good fit. My caregiver helps with some housekeeping.

I like that they are very compassionate, they have been very accommodating to our needs, which I appreciate. They have been very friendly and informative. Their check-in and check-out procedure with the phone is a little cumbersome for me. I like the dependability, knowing that someone will always be here. Even if the primary caregiver is ill, I know that they will send someone.
